Mamie's Famous Cheese Wafers have been produced in Mobile, Alabama by Spring Hill Kitchens, LLC since November, 2003. This old family recipe is prepared just like you made them from scratch. The wafers are all natural with no fillers or preservatives – just extra-sharp cheddar cheese, butter, flour, pecans, salt and a dash of cayenne pepper. Each roll of dough yields 42 bite-size treats.
